Returns Policy

You may return  new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the battery cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We ask you to please make sure that the battery you are ordering fits your laptop.  Please read carefully the product description, and if you see your model listed in the "Compatible With Machine Models:" section, then it means you are good to go.  We also ask you to make sure that the battery voltage listed int the description matches that of your original battery if the battery description says "series" in it.  However, in case your laptop is not listed but you think that it is of a same family of laptops for which we have a battery available, please Contact Us and we will be able to advise you on your choice.  We will not accept returns or refund any payment for a wrong battery choice.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We do not refund shipping costs for an item already shipped under any circumstances. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.  We do not ship to P.O. Box, and signature is required to take delivery of package.

When you place an order, we will usually ship your order within the next three business days. If you decided to pay by wire transfer, we will have to wait until we receive the bank deposit in order to ship your battery.  Once shipped, your battery may take between 5-12 business days to arrive.  In rare cases of delays, we will inform you the cause of the delay.  When available, a tracking number for your order will be provided.

Please note that in the event that we run out of stock of a certain battery model, we will ship your order directly from our manufacturer, free of any additional charge to you.  In this case, if ever there is an increase in shipping time, it will be of the order of 2-3 business days.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Warranty Information
Warranty is provided for batteries and varies for each brand and model of battery that we sell.  Warranty covers manufacturer's defects and damage on arrival only.  If your package is damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately, and if possible, do not accept receipt of the package from the shipping company.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage or cosmetic damages due to wrong handling of the battery from the customer's side.  Warranty also does not cover any damage to the laptop or any other equipment that may arise from the use of our batteries.  Warranty does not cover battery life or wear and tear that would result from usage.
